WHO WE ARE
Kanak Kamal is a name given to Nikunj Nayak Shrinathji, literally translating to ‘the golden lotus.’ The motto behind the Kanak Kamal Trust is just what Naagji Bhatt had when giving this name — a clear vision. Of what we want to do, of what we want to give back, of what we want to achieve for the society.
‘Alaukik’ or the spiritual is a large part of an individual’s life. But at its base, any human or institution needs a sense of social rooting. This is us, watering those social roots, helping the world become a better place, a place worth of the golden lotus.
MISSION
To mobilize education, empower and strengthen the downtrodden strata of the societal setup, work towards conservation of environment with sustainable development, and protect the vulnerable animals and birds — all aiming to bring about a wholesome progress of planet earth.
